The Union for Contemporary Art presents Mob Scenes - contemporary paintings from Lincoln-based artist Byron Anway. Drawn to the excitement and inherent danger of large groups, Anway uses images of crowds outside the morning show studios, people attending sporting or concert events, and protesters marching for change from the 24-hour news cycle to create works that are psychologically resonant and emotionally complex.
