Rowdy Boys Collective (Daphne Calhoun & Andrea Kszystyniak) creates zines in collaboration with neighbors and strangers to uplift the voices of those who are often excluded from mainstream discussions. The Collective aims to educate, inspire, and empower people by providing tools to bring their visions to fruition. In addition to founding and organizing Omaha Zine Fest, the collective teaches zine-making workshops, provides financial assistance for zine creation and distribution, facilitates discussion around community topics and social issues, and works to ensure accessibility to their events.
