Pepper Seed Saving Workshop

Saving seeds is the foundation of food sovereignty. We invite you to join us to learn basic seed saving skills that you use in your garden or as part of a larger movement. In this class we will learn basic seed saving principles, hands-on pepper seed saving skills and ways to get involved in building Omaha's food sovereignty movement.

Blazing Star Seed Cooperative is a collection of urban ag organizations, urban and peri urban farmers and backyard growers working together to create a seed bank of locally adapted seed in Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa that is free and accessible to everyone in our community.
